Order processing times

We aim to process all orders within 24 hours. Many of our products are shipped from central warehouses, some even from the other side of the world. Sometimes checking product availability may take a bit longer.

Within Europe, shipping is 6,90 €. All orders over 100 € include free shipping for registered customers. Orders are delivered to the nearest pickup point.

Delivery time:
Delivery to the nearest pickup point takes 3-8 days.
For preorder products, the delivery time is 1–3 weeks.

Registered customers can track their order by logging into the online store. Other customers will receive a Matkahuolto tracking code and link by email.
