Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

We aim to process orders within 24 hours, availability permitting. Many of our products ship from central warehouses, some even from the other side of the world, so it can sometimes take time to confirm availability.

Shipments to Europe cost €9.90. Orders over €100 ship free.

Boards are oversized shipments and have their own shipping rate. Board shipping within Finland is free. For board orders elsewhere in Europe, the shipping fee is €149.

Delivery time: For shipments to Europe, delivery takes approximately 3-10 business days after processing, depending on the destination country. For made-to-order products, delivery takes 1-3 weeks.

Registered customers can track their order's progress by logging into the webshop. Others will receive a tracking code and link by email.
