Ultra High Modulus Plus Mast

The PLUS MAST SERIES is Code Foils' latest evolution in masts. This Ultra High Modulus mast offers exceptional stiffness in both torsion and bending. It is made from ultra high modulus carbon fiber and the layered structure has been designed with the best possible performance in mind. The mast has the same recognizable design and is made from the same mold as the original mast. It has the same extended connection to the base plate and a tapered, thinned bottom section, which improves glide and efficiency when riding with a high mast. Available in three sizes: 75 cm, 80 cm and 85 cm. This mast is specifically designed to maximize glide and energy efficiency while minimizing unwanted movement.

The new Code Foils “Plus” masts share the same profile and are made entirely of ultra high modulus carbon fiber. Our current mast, which is the stiffest on the market in its price range, serves as a benchmark. The Plus masts offer 41% more torsional stiffness and 59% more bending stiffness compared to our original high modulus standard masts.
