What is Foil Drive?

Foil Drive is a modular system that converts a standard foil board into an electric-assisted one. At its core, the system consists of a motor, controller, cables and other accessories that are integrated into an existing foil board and mast. It provides the power to get you flying, while maintaining the freedom and dynamics needed for foiling.

Foil Drive offers different options and packages, from which the user can choose the one that best suits their situation. There are different powerful motors and different battery sizes. A smaller battery saves weight, but the power may not be enough for very long sessions.

Foil Drive Fusion is the most versatile electric foiling system on the market, combining the power of eFoil with the lightness of Assist. Fusion offers up to 1-3 hours of run time, strong 43V power and ultra-smooth torque that makes it easy to get on the foil even in light waves or completely calm weather. The system is designed for enthusiasts who want more time on the water - less waiting and more confident sessions.

The Fusion's compact design, removable battery and optimized hydrodynamics make it easy to carry, set up and use. The controller's clear live data display provides real-time information on speed, distance and battery, making riding intuitive and safe. The advanced Tilt Sensor safety system ensures that the motor only operates when the board is under control.

Why does Fusion work particularly well in Finland?

Finland's wave spots are often located in the outer archipelago, where access requires time and logistics. Fusion solves this problem: its powerful electric assistance makes it possible to foil even when the waves are not carrying or the wind is not enough. You can get started from the calm water of the inner archipelago and foil your way out - without having to wait for perfect conditions. Fusion extends the season, expands the selection of spots and makes foiling accessible almost every day.
