Sunova Carver
Sunova Carver
Sunova Carver is a midlength board that is perfect for more advanced foilers in Finnish conditions. Due to its elongated shape, the board accelerates quickly, so it is easy to start even from a weak gust. This board is not necessarily suitable for beginners, as starting requires a bit of balance and technique. On the other hand, as soon as you get the board moving a little, the foil bites into the water and balancing becomes easier.
Sunova boards are a perfect match for Code Foils, as they share the same designers.

THE CARVER is the newest addition to the casey. foil range.
It is a design that has evolved with the sport of Downwind Foiling x Winging. Many of our customers were winging on their Aviator Downwind boards and enjoying the effortless glide and usability of the longer Narrower boards.
Enter the Carver, this board fits nicely into the range, with sizes starting 4" Shorter than the new Aviator Downwind. Designed as a light wind wing board that is built to carve effortlessly, and be so efficient you'll be able to get on foil in just about any conditions. If you are an advanced winger, don't let the name fool you, these boards are still built to boost huge airs.
If you're looking for a one board quiver, for effortless glides this is the one for you!
Fin Setup
FUTURES. - TWIN FOIL BOXES
GENERAL GOAL | THEME OF THE BOARD:
An efficient wing board that will work well in light conditions right the way through to heavy conditions. Designed to be super efficient and get on foil with ease.
CONDITIONS IT'S WORKING BEST:
All wind strengths, Flatwater, Winging in waves or those looking for a looser feel due to decreased width.
SKILL LEVEL IT'S BEST FOR:
Intermediate to Pro
WHAT YOU THOUGHT OF WHEN YOU DESIGNED IT?:
Originally designed as a board that would complement our Aviator Downwind range, as many customers were enjoying the effortless glides of the longer boards. This design maneuvers better than a downwind board and is way more agile, but it also gets up way easier than your average wing board.
WHAT IT POSSIBLY COMPROMISES ON THEN?:
It still will not be as efficient as the longer downwind boards when getting on foil.
SHAPE DETAILS / DESIGN INFO:
OUTLINE:
The outline of this board is quite parallel, with a narrower nose and a wider diamond tail. This helps the board to cut through the water and get onto foil very easily.
RAILS:
The entire board has a defined chine all the way along from nose to tail, from the front foot back, the edges are super hard which helps release water and get you flying.
ROCKER:
The entry rocker is sufficient for jumping and getting up, the tail rocker is super flat right out the back to help with planning early.
BOTTOM:
Subtle v to flat, again more features to get you up and going.
DECK:
Concave, with a number of different foot strap options.
FINAL STATEMENT:
Middle ground of your wing board and downwind board, a true hybrid that will cover a lot of conditions.
