Here are the manufacturer's technical comments: The leading edge diameter has been reduced by 4% and is made from a combination of ALUULA FX86, Challenge DKC 160, and Teijin Dacron for durability and strength.
The DKC 160 center strut also has a smaller diameter and has been reshaped to fit the pure carbon fiber boom. The sail uses a new, more aerodynamic profile with less drag and is made from high-quality Teijin 5x5 and 2x2 ripstop material, together with Dimension-Polyant T835 X-Ply windows.
The Aura V4 also offers the possibility of using VAYU's unique Click-Boom, which brings convenience as one boom fits several different wing sizes.
