The new VAYU Aura V4 series is an improved version of the popular Aura. The most significant change is the move from handles to a single boom, which improves handling and reduces weight. The front tube diameter has been reduced by 4% and is made from a combination of ALUULA FX86, Challenge DKC 160 and Teijin Dacron for durability and strength.
The DKC 160 center strut also has a smaller diameter and has been redesigned to be a carbon-only boom. The sailcloth utilizes a new, more aerodynamic profile with reduced drag and is made from high-quality Teijin 5x5 and 2x2 ripstop material along with Dimension-Polyant T835 X-Ply windows.
Aura V4 also offers the possibility of using VAYU's unique Click-Boom boom, which brings convenience, as one boom fits several different wing sizes.
The VAYU Aura V4 continues Aura's tradition of providing balance, stability and playful handling in a lightweight yet durable package that is suitable for a wide range of conditions and uses.
